Experience, Inc. is seeking a high-energy, goal-driven Sales Executive to sell our suite of interactive recruiting and media solutions to employers. The account executive's goals are to help our client companies target and hire the best and brightest candidates through our products.
Responsibilities:
~ Sell Experience's job post and interactive media solutions to employers
~ Build and manage a pipeline of new business through a combination of cold calling and lead generation activities
~ Consult with recruiters to understand client needs and develop appropriate recruitment sales solution
~ Meet monthly metrics and sales goals
~ Renew and upsell existing accounts
~ Maintain sales information within Salesforce information system
Experience Requirements:
~ BA or BS degree
~ A minimum of 2 years consultative sales experience in a B2B environment
~ Proven track record of quota attainment
~ Experience selling recruiting solutions or online media is a strong plus
~ Demonstrated ability to develop relationships - cold calling and prospecting
~ Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, flexible, creative and collaborative environment
~ Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation
~ Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of Experience/eRecruiting and SalesForce.com a plus
